Meet The Team

Sarah Roberts

Managing Director

Hi I’m Sarah and I am a learning disability nurse as well as a support broker and a director at Kaleidoscope

I am married with 2 beautiful children Erin  and Holly.  Erin has some support needs and has an individual budget.

I am passionate about personalisation and empowering  people to  have choice and control over their support. I have worked with people who have additional support needs for over 30 years and have built up an extensive network of contacts. I am known as the queen of networking.

I have attended the National Brokerage Network training and am now an accredited support broker.

My passion and expertise is around supporting people whose behaviour can often be described as challenging. I am creative resourceful and believe that anything is possible with the right support.

Charlotte Shaw

Accounts Manager and a director

Hi I am Charlotte Shaw, the Accounts Manager and a director at Kaleidoscope.

I have my accountancy qualifications, and my background is within Local Authority Finance. I have also spent several years as a Contract Manager within a Local Authority Learning Disability Team. This experience has helped me to see Brokerage as a sum of all it’s parts, and my main aim is to ensure individuals maximise their Individual Budgets to experience as much as possible, from Value for Money Services.

I am married and have four children, Tom, Gabriel, Harry and Evie Bluebell. I love to socialise, and I am known as the party organiser!

Pensions Officer

Hi I'm Eve and I manage all the pensions administration here at kaleidoscope. I'm originally from Yorkshire but I moved over to Lancashire to be nearer my family.

I have worked within Payroll teams for most of my working life managing large payrolls for blue chip companies.

In my spare time I love walking and knitting and being with my grandchildren.

Janice Cameron

Support Broker

Hi I’m Janice.

I am married with two grown up boys.  I previously worked for a Local Authority Children with Disabilities Service for 16 years where I undertook a Project Lead role in developing meaningful short breaks for children with disabilities such as wheels for All, Drama and Youth Groups, Playschemes etc.  I also completed the All Together Better training course with parents and professionals sharing knowledge, learning and person centered planning.

I supported families through individualised budgets which I feel very passionate about.  In my role of support broker I feel I can use my previous experience and knowledge to help individuals find the care and support which they choose to live their own lives and remain at the centre of any planning of support in a way which they control.
