• You will need to look through the application forms and decide who you would like to meet for an interview. There are some example interview questions on our useful documents page.

• Once you have chosen your PA they need to complete a new starter checklist which needs to be returned to us before they start working for you.

​

• You should also take up references and ask to see their DBS certificates.

​

• Your PA  can apply for an enhanced  DBS via qcas.org.uk if they don’t have one.

​

• On the first day your PA’s start working for you you will need to issue an employment contract.

​
