Account Management
Kaleidoscope will open up a bank account that is personal and individual to you.
Payments from the local authority or NHS trust can be made into your account to form your individual budget.
Any contributions from yourself or other sources can also be made into this account.
At your instructions Kaleidoscope will make all payments on your behalf to either employees, HMRC or make payments to invoices etc.
All managed accounts need to be accompanied by a support plan.
Payroll Services
Kaleidoscope offers a full payroll service for our customers that can be tailored to your needs.
We will supply you with time sheets either on paper or electronically to submit to generate payments for your employees.
We will generate payslips that will be sent to you each month for you to distribute to your employees.
We will process all HMRC returns on your behalf and let you know how much to pay them each month.
We will provide you with annual reports of how much you have paid your personal assistants and detailing your HMRC liabilities for your annual audit.
Person Centered Recruitment

Recruiting the right support team is essential to making your support a success, and we focus heavily on that.
As well as our Personal Assistant (PA) Pool we create person centred job advertisements and place these in carefully selected venues to ensure we target the right candidates that match your person specifications.

Personal Health Budgets
A personal health budget is an amount of money to support your health and wellbeing needs, which is planned and agreed between you (or someone who represents you), and your local NHS team. It is not new money, but it may mean spending money differently so that you can get the care that you need.
A personal health budget allows you to manage your healthcare and support such as treatments, equipment and personal care, in a way that suits you. It works in a similar way to personal budgets, which allow people to manage and pay for their social care needs.
If you are eligible to have a personal health budget, then together with Kaleidoscope we will develop personalised care and support plan. This plan sets out your personal health wellbeing needs, the health outcomes you want to achieve, the amount of money in the budget and how you are going to spend it.
Once you PHB plan has been approved at panel we support you to put your plan into action and provide ongoing support.
